Leeder Furniture LLC (Leeder Furniture) warrants its products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of twenty five years from the date of original purchase and acceptance for use. Leeder Furniture Tubular Platforms have a lifetime warranty. Leeder Spring Platforms have a ten year warranty. Lounge furniture has a seven year warranty. Leeder Furniture standard fabric is Absecon Mills and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

Leeder Furniture’s warranty is subject to the following conditions:

This warranty extends to products used in the manner intended and does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse or abuse.

This warranty is extended to the original using institution or agency only and is not transferable or assignable.

Leeder Furniture retains the option of repairing any defects at the installation site or at its factory or replacing the defective item with a new or remanufactured similar item.

Leeder Furniture does not assume liability for packaging or incoming or outgoing freight costs incurred incidental to shipment of a defective item to its factory, nor for costs incurred in removing or reinstalling items covered by this warranty for all of which charges may be made.

The original warranty will not be extended by any such repair or replacement, but the remaining warranty period will continue in effect.

This warranty is issued in lieu of all other warranties and Leeder Furniture, neither assumes nor authorizes any person or company to assume for it any other warranty liability either expressed or implied.

Leeder Furniture shall provide all brackets, supports, hangers, clips, panel-supported work surface legs, connectors, cover plates, grommets, stabilizers, and other miscellaneous hardware to form a physically and visually completed assembly.

In adherence to Leeder Furniture LLC's (Leeder Furniture) Warranty, products are serviced under the following service policy.

Leeder Furniture provides Hot Spares to the school. Hot Spares are complete units which can immediately be moved into service. Said Hot Spares are warehoused on site at the school. It the school chooses not to warehouse Hot Spares the spares will be warehoused at a Leeder Furniture warehouse. 

Leeder Furniture provides a Spare Parts Kit to the school for their use as needed. Parts included in the Spare Parts Kit are items such as panels, glides, screws, nuts, bolts, drawer fronts. Additionally, spare parts are inventoried at Leeder's warehouse.

Warehouse hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:00 central time.
